As the average life expectancy has risen in the recent times, there is a growing aging populations and this will lead to a lot of problems both individuals and society. Although aging populations has become a significant problems, at least there are some solutions on the horizon.
The most obvious problems with aging populations are older people’s diseases and crisis of governments’ tax revenues. Elderly people are easily likely to expose by various diseases and most of countries do not have enough hospital facilities. In addition, there may be severe problems with securing our pension and retirement system. For instance, in South Korea, the vast majority of people retire on their 60 or even earlier. If the government have difficulties with tax revenue, they should be taken all of those burden to the aged.
Although solving these problems is not easy, there are feasible steps which we can take. One effective solution is elderly people doing exercise and eating a well-balanced diet to stay healthy. This is because preventing always better than cure. As economically active people increases, governments are more likely to solve in the pension shortfall. Furthermore, older people are able to reduce the potential for poverty.
In conclusion, it it clear that there are various problems for average life span getting longer, and steps mentioned above are needed to tackle this phenomenon.

As people are living longer than ever before, there is growing concerns for both individuals and society to average life span. Although aging populations has become critical problems, there are some solutions on the horizon.
The obvious problems with increasing older people are the health concerns of the aged and the tax revenue shortfall. One of the problems is that aged people are easily likely to expose by serious diseases and lose their health. And most of countries do not have enough hospital facilities such as hospitals, doctors and the medical personnel. In addition, by decreasing economically active people, there would be severe problems in our pension and retirement systems. Also governments are more likely to take a big burden for the elderly.
Although solving these problems is not easy there are feasible steps which we can take. One effective solution for the elderly is doing regular exercise and eating a well-balanced diet to stay healthy. This is because preventing is always better than cure. Another solution could be re-assessing our pension and retirement age extension policy. For instance, In South Korea, most of people are forced to be retired on their 60 or earlier. If those people can work longer than that the government are able to reduce the burden by tax revenues and elderly’s potential of poverty.
In conclusion, it is clear that there are various problems for both individuals and society, and steps mentioned above are needed to tackle this phenomenon.
