Seven hours of sleep is the healthy amount of sleep for most people that give them relaxation at the end of a day. Some people might say that there is no better way to destress, but others think that being active with games and exercises can also be relaxing. In this essay, their opinions will equally be discussed with my own.
Emphatically, relaxing the body and sleeping can recharge the energy of people who live a busy life. When they overwork, they often forget time and skip breaks which are a must for a healthy body and mind (넣을 게 없어서 이거라도 넣었습니다.). This habit can lead to many health problems such as insomnia in the long term. However, if they follow a regular sleep schedule, they can create a pattern in life that will become their recognisable standards of health.
Under other conditions, playing games and exercises can aid relax many people to relax, if they like them. Sometimes, a busy life feels like just a routine for people, and there is nothing more to expect. However, games and exercises often offer chances to grow beyond the current state. This possibility can make them feel relieved about themselves and their life because they can prove themselves with the activities.
Ordinarily, I personally believe that other than sleeping, exercises and games can provide the same relaxation for people to live more healthily. It is important to regularly take a break but it can also be necessary to check how better they can live on a regular base. |
