The diagram illustrates the process explaining how milk is produced and processed into cheese, cream and butter and packaged for sales for purchasers.
Overall, there are six main stages in the process, starting with cows grazing to the milk processed at the factory, to the step of the sale in supermarkets and shops.
In the initial stage of the process, cows graze in the fields, after which they are sent to a place to be milked by a milking machine two times a day. In the next step, the milk is put into refrigeration storage. After that stored milk is delivered by a milk tanker to Dairy on a daily basis.
In the last four stages, once the milk has been transferred to Dairy, it is then turned into various dairy products such as cheese, cream and butter as long as milk are pasteurized and packaged into bottles. Finally, those products are displayed in super-markets and shops to be purchased by customers.
