There is an opinion that overweight people have been increasing and people's health is dangerous than ever before. There are some reasons that people become heavier and we should discuss about the this solution to this problem.
In modern society, people live a busier busy life compared to the past. Therefore people need to eat faster to perform their work, and there is no time to exercise. The busier they are, the more stressful they feel, and poor mental conditions have negative effects on people's health. Also, some people release stress through eating a lot of foods and there are only few people who exercise regularly because many people live convenient (sedentary라는 단어를 사용해주시는 것도 좋습니다.) so they rarely do exercise. In addition, not only lifestyle but also foods are the reason why people become overweight and health leves are decreased. Nowadays there are a variety of foods that attracts people. Unfortunately, these foods are mostly unhealthy because they contain too much artificial seasoning, sugar, salt and fat that can spoil health.
There are some solutions to prevent people's weight from increasing and improve their health. Companies should ensure their employee's private time to get some rest. Reducing stress can help to enhance worker's health. Another solution is encouraging exercise. If social awareness encourage exercise, many people will become active. Therefore governments or social insititutions should (이거 들어가는 게 핵심입니다.) supply activities that people can do exercise naturally. In addition, people need to know about the sensational foods and that affect badly out health. Thus, governments should regulate the use of these ingredients.
In conclusion, it is clear that there are various reasons for the increasing overweight and decreasing health levels, and both Individual individual and social communities' efforts are needed to tackle this phenomenon.
