The proportion of the women who had physical activities regularly increased almost 5 percent between the age group from 15 to 24 and the one from 45 to 54, which is smaller than the gap between them in men that was approximately 10 percent.
Next, it is apparent that the smallest percentage for each gender who exercised was from 35 to 44 years old in men and the group over 65 in women, respectively. The gap of the percentage between men and women is the biggest in age group between 35 and 44 years old, while the gap in the group over 65 remain almost the similar in 2010.
