My name is Yuri Kim, and my account ID is Celpip010. I am sending this email regarding my bad Internet connection.
Since last Saturday, my Internet has been very slow. Sometimes there even was no connection. It is a very big problem for me because I am working at home. I have many video conferences with clients every day. However, during this week, I had to reschedule or cancel the conferences because of the unstable network. For important meetings that I was not able to put off, I had to go to a nearby coffee shop for a better Internet connection.
I called customer service to make an appointment with a technician, but the representative said that the earliest day available is next Friday. However, I cannot work without the Internet for another week. Therefore, I hope you consider my situation as an urgent case and assign a technician as soon as possible.
