Your company recently had a dinner
party at a restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. Participants at the
party said that they enjoyed the food but they were not satisfied with the
serving staff at the restaurant.
Write a letter to the manager of the
restaurant on behalf of your company.
In your letter
l Give details of the reason for the company celebration
l Explain what was good and bad at the restaurant
l Suggest what the manager should do to improve the service in
the future.

Dear
Sir or Madam,
I
am writing to complain about the disgraceful incident that me and my peers
experienced at your restaurant. We visited the restaurant yesterday for a
dinner party which was held for one of our colleague’s retirement celebrity and
I really dissatisfied with some of the part of your services that I received.
For
the most part, all the food served in the restaurant was exceptional. In
addition, the seats you reserved for us were quiet enough as we demanded.
However, when I went to the restroom, I saw some cockroaches running around there.
Furthermore, we required servers to catch them and cleaning the restroom
afterward, but they had not fulfilled our requests until we were just leaving.
Due to that occasion, our plans that were made our colleague pleased to leave
our company were completely failed.
I think the most important element for the restaurant is cleanness but your restaurant is not and even didn’t try to fix it as quickly as possible. We are considerably disappointed with you and will not be there from now on.
It would be
appreciated if you could send us an apology letter with all of your staffs. If
this is received by the end of next week, we will consider whether informing
this incident to others or not.
