I
do not think it is better to study at home in rural areas than to study/work in
the city. Study at home sounds more peaceful, but sometimes it has negative
effects. On the other hands, there are many positive effects studying in a
city.
First, small village would be bad for studying. For
example, one of my friends is from rural area, and she was tried to study for
her big test in a month. She couldn’t focus anytime she goes to library near
her home. Because she always bumps into people she knows and they ask her
everything. They seem they care too much about her life. And she afraid if she
fails the test, she will be so embarrassed by neighbors she knows not by failed
itself.
Second, there are many factors motivating people to
study in a big city. For instance, there are many people with various jobs live
in a city such as successful CEO and chairman, celebrity like actors or singers
and baggers on street. In normal people’s thinking they want to be successful
not like baggers. And they also get motivated when they go to library. They can
join the group study which can get feedback from each other and share their own
way to study.
Finally, it is important to study/work but it is more
important to get stress away from hard working life. There are so many places
for fun in a city while there is nothing in rural area. People can have fun
anytime and everywhere in a city. They can join the club activities with other
people or go to nice bar or jazz concert if they like music.
In conclusion, city life will provide better
circumstances to study than rural area. |
