Eating meat can destroy our health and for that reason, they think all of us should be a vegetarian. In my case, even if a vegetarian diet is definitely healthy, having a balance diet, which takes vegetables and some healthy meat, is more important.
Firstly, everyone knows that having a vegetarian diet is partly healthy. Vegetables have rich in all the essential nutrients of our body like vitamins and minerals. Of course, if people take in only vegetables or only meat, it would be dangerous, moreover, a balance diet can be fallen out. According some researchers, there are some kinds of vegetarian diet such as pollo included dairy productions or seafood, lacto or vegan, that's why vegetarian diet can be healthy depending on what kind of vegetarian. Consequently, having a vegetarian diet is not the meaning that people eat only vegetables.
However, It is also important to take some meats. There are nutrients that people can not take from only vegetables, but people need. In this case, people have to get some nutrients from meat, which have essential amino acids and protein. Nevertheless, taking too much meat can cause serious health problems such as nutritional unbalance, having a cancer or something.
In conclusion, having a balanced diet is the key to keep our health. It is the way that people can keep our balance through not only having enough vegetables needed nutrients to people's body, but also taking some health meats like chicken and fish. |
