In my case, even if a vegetarian diet is definitely healthy, having a balanced diet, which takes includes both vegetables and some healthy meat, is more important.
Firstly, everyone knows that having a vegetarian diet is partly healthy. Vegetables are have rich in all the essential nutrients to the human body of our body like vitamins and minerals. Of course, if people take in only vegetables or only meat, it would be dangerous, moreover, a balance diet can be fallen out. According some researchers, there are some kinds of vegetarian diet such as pollo included dairy productions or seafood, lacto or vegan, that's why vegetarian diet can be healthy depending on what kind of vegetarian. However, It it is also important to take some meats. There are Meats include nutrients that people can not take from only vegetables, but people need. In this case, people have to get some nutrients from meat, which have essential amino acids and protein. In conclusion, having a balanced diet is the key to keep our health. It is the way that people can keep our balance through not only having enough vegetables which involve needed nutrients to people's body, but also taking some health meats like chicken and fish. |
