The pie charts shows the average percentages of three different nutriental types (sodium, saturated fat and added suger) in food that are considered as typical American meals. These types are believed that it is not healthy when people eat them in exceed amount. Each pie is devided in four sections that represent breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
It is markable that added sugar is consumed the most through snacks. It is fairly high figure in 42% compare to other types which are only a third and a half of sugar's (sodium and sturated fat in a row). In addition, dinners have the biggest number in every nutrient except for snacks while lunchs remain in stable data, around a quarter. Furthermore, breakfasts' figures are all between 10% and 20%.
In conclusion, most nutrients are eaten more respectively breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, people have a large amount of added sugar on their snacks.
Unfortunately, people cannot live in only comfortable and easy situations. We have to face some situation which we are hard to greet. Some argue that it is better to just adjst ourselves to the situation rather than to try change the environment suitably to us. On the other hand, others claim that we need to try to solve that problems.
It is undeniable that there are uncountable problems in our lives and we are not able to understand them all. Therefore, it is said that, "Good thing is just good thing". It will be also better or one's mental health. For example, while my aunt always thinks too deeply on not solvable problems, her husband, my uncle doesn't wnat to waste his time on conceiving about them. He considers them as the inefficient. In real, he laughs far more than his wife, and it is rare to see my aunt's smile face. Furthermore, he is healthier physically because mental health is connected with physical health tidly.
In contrast, some believe that people are required to put affort on improving situation despite of extremely challenging one. It can be said that a little bit of light always exists. one can have less damage when they tried at least.For instance, wen I was a undergraduate student, I got an unacceotable grade for certain course. Nevertheless I was worried about my professior's reaction, I decided not to avoid this situation. I headed to his laboratory and queried why I had got that result. Then, I could see his face turned red and he apolosised me that he made a mistake.In consqence, I was able to obtain higher score.
To sum up, the attitude toward a bad situation depends on one's charater and how the siituations is tough. Even one is likely to be an encouraginf person, he or she can fail to drow up the situation. However, in my point of view, it it mostly better to try enven if things seemingly have no hope.
