The investigated meals are from three typical main meals:breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Each chart represents one nutrition: Sodium, Saturated fat, and added sugar, which can negatively affect health when they are overly ingested.
Sodium and saturated fat are showing similar tendency of nutrition ratio. Sodium and Saturated fat are mostly intaken from dinner, while added sugar is from snacks. The added sugar is taken mostly from snacks, up to 42%. Among the main three meals except snacks, dinner was the main meal of the nutrition intake, sodium at 29%, saturated fat at 26%, and added sugar at 23%. Lunch was the second most nutritious intaking main meal.
The least source of nutrition intake is breakfast. The exact percentage are like this: sodium at 14%, saturated fat at 16%, and added sugar at 16% .
