As clearly seen from the chart, the percentages of employment in Norway are the greatest, reporting more than 70% in both male and female. Also, there are no big gap between two genders. Similarly, Finland has a little difference between men and women, showing at almost 70%.
Conversly, the employment rate of male in Chile is twice that of female at 70% and 35% respectively. In addition, Chile showed the lowest figure for male. Turning to South Africa, the average of two figures is the lowest among four countries.
Overall, the figure for male was higher than that for female in all countries. However, the percentage gap between men and women was different by nation.
