Today, there are increasing and emerging threats to human health because of frequent life changes, and individuals are encouraged to concern their own well being. In this regard, I disagree with the opinion that diet and exercise do not play a significant role.
Actually, many individuals already suffer from eating disorders because of stress. The most common diet problem might be stress eating. Sugary and fatty foods are being excessively consumed recently because eating sweets and high calories can instantly enhance energy levels. However, it is dangerous when these unhealthy diets are continued for a long time. Without efforts to adopt a nutritious diet, people might get diabetes or obesity and not be able to live a satisfying life.
Doing exercise regularly can also change one’s life in a positive way. It strengthens bones and muscles in the body, and this physical strength makes the ability to generates energy by itself. When energy is naturally produced whenever it is necessary, impulse of eating cheap unhealthy foods will be stopped, and the risk of illness can also be reduced. Moreover, this healthy habit can impact on every day’s moods. On a negative day, people can improve their feelings by spending time exercising.
