Q. Some people believe that personal happiness is directly related to money. Others argue that it depends on other factors. Discuss both of views and give your own opinion. |
There is a controversy surrounding whether money makes people feel happy in their life or not. Money is of course crucial element in people's life, however, I would argue that it is just part of factors that makes me feel happiness.
Some people believe that unhappiness comes from impoverishment because money directly influences on their daily life. Human beings are firstly affected to food, clothing and shelter, which means when people's basic needs are not satisfied, people feel frustrated and they might consider themselves a loser in the society. There can be an example that suicide rate of people who feel pessimistic of their poor life is increasing around the world.
Nevertheless, happiness can come from many kinds of factors. Firstly, money can not always be on my side in many reasons, while the relationship with friends and family is unbreakable because people are consoled by their loved one at any situations. In addition, it is important to know that the degree of happiness depends on people's mindset . People being positive do not place money on top priority. Instead, they can feel a small happiness in their life through their health, social relationship with people, or work.
In conclusion, there are convincing arguments both for and against that money is the most decisive role in personal happiness, but I think money can be a way of going to success, but happiness comes from the value of knowing people who are loved one as well as people's own positive mind.
