Looking at the graph more closely, one can see that although the number of people who used the Internet in Greece and the world average were lower than the number of those in Denmark and Canada, the figure increased gradually over the period. In the case of Greece, the figure rose from approximately 1 thousands in 1998 to more than 60 thousands in 2013. When it comes to the world average, the number of Internet users increased from around 2 thousands to approximate 35 thousands throughout the given period. Last but not lease, there were significant changes between 1998 and 2003 in both Denmark and Canada by skyrocketing from 21 thousands and 28 thousands to 78 thousands and 70 thousands respectively.
Overall, it is clear that the number of Internet users in Denmark was highest after 2003. In addition, the figure of Canada was higher than the figure of Greece and the world average.
