It is clearly to say that there are a lot of
people live in overseas countries for various reasons such as careers,
marriage, education and so forth. However, some people opine that it can be
the source of many troubles. I deeply agree with the point of view and the supportive
arguments will be suggested in this essay.
Nowadays, due to the marvelous development of
air transportation, innumerable foreign workers work internationally.
Therefore, some people are concerned if degree holders who received benefits
from the conventional education system, settle down in the other countries
not their motherland, the local administration may not be able to be repaid
their decadelong social investments. In addition, the declined number of job
positions is one of the significant issues in every country. By taking
domestic jobs from local people, it may cause a huge demonstration and invite
negative perceptions about foreign workers from native potential employees. These
downsides of the issues about foreigners are great challenges in every nation
in the world.
Furthermore, with regards to international
students, learning a foreign language would be a daunting experience to them by
being immersed in unfamiliar environment in young age and they might not adjust
themselves to the cultural differences, thus, focusing on school lessons may become
a minority issue to them. What is more, due to the economic growth, companies
tend to recruit foreign workers to collaborate with other international firms.
Unfortunately, we sometimes can see the news about espionage issues. Some unruly
foreign employees who do not comply with the information confidentiality regulation,
steal the company technologies and sell it to their local business.
To sum
up, residing in foreign countries bring a lot of benefits, nonetheless, I
consider the downsides of living abroad far overweigh the upsides.
