The line graph indicates the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011. Overall, while the number of enquiries received by letter or email gradually decreased, the figures received by telephone and in person rose. Especially, the line graph for in person had most drastic change. In January, the number of enquiries received in person was lowest, having approximately 400, compared to others, with around 800 and 900 through letter/email and telephone. Between the period of February and March, the figure by letter or email and in person become same, having 700, and the moment that the number by telephone and in person become same is between March and April, with figure of 1000. The figures received by telephone and in person grew, and in the month of June, they reached the peak, which were 1600 and 1800 respectively. On the other hand, there was decline in the line of letter or email and became lowest, having roughly 400. |
