Your Answer ▼ Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this letter to make a claim relating to a lost item, the sunglasses I wore. On 6th March 2021, I had a conference meeting in Auckland, Newzealand. When I arrived at Queen's Hotel, where the conference held, I realised that I lost my item. The sunglasses made by Bliss where is a well-renowned manufacturer and it has a classic design with a round gold frame and black straight connect frame. Also, my initials, ClaraY, are engraved on the back of right straight frame. I assumed that I put the my item at toilet in the airport. Aferwards, I called the airport customer service centre and asked about my lost things. However, I heard that it was not there. I would like to make a claim about my lost item as I have comprehensive cover for it. When I checked policy of insurance, I found out that a reinbursment of 80% of the item. Please investigate this issue promptly. I look forward to hearing good news from you soon. Yours faithfully, Clara Yu
