too much, it cannot be unbalanced to our body and health.
One of the main characteristics is sodium percentage
of typical meals is highest in breakfast, lunch and dinner. The sugar
percentage of typical meals is highest in snacks.
When eat breakfast, sodium and saturated
are lower than 20%. The sodium is 14 % and saturated fat and added sugar is 16%.
When eat lunch, the sodium and saturated fat are over 25%, sodium is 29% and
saturated fat is 26% but the sugar is just under 20%. That is only 19%. When eat
dinner, the sodium is the highest. It is over 40%, the figure is 43%. Also, the
saturated fat is the highest. That is just under 40%, it is 37%. When eat snacks,
the sugar has the highest figure. It is over 42%, the figure is 42%. However,
the sodium and saturated fat are under half of 40%. The sodium is 14% when eat
snacks, the saturated fat is just over 20%. That is 21% when eat snacks.
