Due to inflation, salaries that workers get increase. Unfortunately,
however, not all the employees’ income raised. For that reason, some people
argue that governments should control workers’ salaries. But the other believe
letting them to earn a lot is a benefit for a country itself. Personally, I
believe limiting the salaries is abusing human rights. Therefore, I disagree
with managing salaries.
Once we regulate the salaries, all employees will get same amount of
income and they will live fair life. Citizens will pay same price of tax, which
means there will no more complain from varying tax payments. In addition, it
can help the solve the uneven distribution of wealth as well as inflation.
Basically, the reason why this uneven distribution happened is due to unbalanced
income and different family property and for the inflation, people are pricing
higher price to all the stuff they sell because the sellers believe that
customers earn enough so they can afford it. Nevertheless, after the regulation
from governments, this problem will disappear.
On the other hand, limiting salaries is evaluated as abusing human
rights to earn as much as they work. The income is related with their
motivation. Most people work hard to promote and rise their salaries;
nonetheless, if they realize the limitation they will no longer work hard like
before. and this situation will influence not only improvement of companies but
also economy in a country. Furthermore, there are many rich people who support
infrastructures instead of the government, but they will not be able to
continue due to declining income.
In my opinion, it is not a good idea to give a limitation to the
salaries because it affects human rights and many social related things such as
economy and company. Also, it will discourage workers to work. They will lose
hopes to earn money a lot in the future. |
