Due to the rising number of an overweight population, the attention with regards to the health care system is being suggested as a way to solve these sorts of health problems. One of these is to have exercise courses in schools. Some people think this is the key method to solving these issues. In my opinion, it is not a suitable solution for these types of problems. Even if schools provide such physical classes, it would not be effective if students eat their meals unhealthy, such as having instant food, latenight snacks, and so on. Before attributing the cause of obesity to the lack of physical activities, we should instruct children how to choose and eat food beneficially for their health. Exercising should be followed afterwards. Providing physical classes solely can’t be enough to show meaningful results. Furthermore, as the status of each student is different, it is impossible to provide sports classes which are constructed properly for all the students. For example, some students can be exhausted even though they don’t move greatly, whereas some don’t. If we ignore these kinds of limitations, it would cause severe accidents, even if this hypothesis is the worst situation could happen. Thus, having sports classes in schools is difficult to realize. In conclusion, to deal with an increasing obesity population, having more exercise courses in schools could not bring significant outcomes as expected. It would be executed with other educations as eating habits or considered the physical levels of each childeren, which is not that simple. There are more things to be considered to solve these problems. |
