Some people think that group learning is the best in terms of obtaining ways of study and life. Others claim that one-to-one learning is better than group learning in order to acquire the knowledge of various situations.
Learning a variety of knowledge via a group has advantages. For instance, it is crucial to work with different caracter people. This is because people can learn others' opinions during social life. In addition, by learning in a group, people who experience social life can develop a sense of altruism, which feel feeling of satisfaction across the life-span.
On the other hand, some people prefer private direction to group learning. For example, in school or work, for lecture or on the job training, especially one-to-one explanation is a more efficient way to obtain relative knowledge. This is because learning only the areas that are lacking is possible, and repeating until understanding about topic is possible.
In conclusion, if people learn as a group, even though people do not understand, people have to move on to the next step. However, one-to-one instructions can cater for individual’s learning pace. Therefore, I believe that one-to-one is the effective more than group lesson. |
