I don't know about the realtor licence but I can say a little bit about nursing job. There are different level licenses but If you are not a green card holder, you need to get RN license at least to support your visa status. The problem is that getting a RN license is not a easy thing. You have to go to Nursing school at least for 2 years and before you get into it you have to take lots of prerequisite classes such as human anatomy, physiology and pharmacology etc. So, it means nursing is not a fast way to find a job but it will reward your study. Good luck!
I am a PhD student in Mid Western area. I realized that I would not be able to support my family after graduation. I don't have any connections in Korea, in other words, I would do hourly-paying lecture for a long time if come back to Korea.
And I decided to find a job in the U.S.. What is the fastest way to fina a job? I am currently considering a medical licence. I heard that nursing job is not bad in U.S. How about a realtor licence?
Please give me an advice.
Thanks,
