One private bedroom in Maryland, Silver Spring!

Moving out to a different country, I am looking for a person or a couple for this room. There are 2 other amazing roommates in the house. The room will be available AUGUST 31st. 

The room is on the 5th floor (with 2 other rooms and a bathroom). The room is LARGE (12’2” X 18’7”) with a private bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. There are built-in AC and radiator. Some furnishings (a queen bed and nightstand) are available. 

Apartment:

Location is a fantastic feature here. Almost everything is within WALKING distance.

4 min. to the Silver Spring Metro (red line) 

10 min. to Silver Spring downtown (all the restaurant, shopping mall, Whole Foods..etc.)

Less than 3 min. to Giant, CVS, and District Taco. (There are right next to the apartment)

The whole house has 2 more rooms, 1 more bathroom, a large kitchen, and spacious living and dining rooms. We have a beautiful huge balcony (If you work at home, you can enjoy this balcony 100% with fresh air and a great view). The house has a washer and dryer on each floor. The gym is located in the basement. The front desk and office of this apartment are very kind people too. Also, this area is very clean. Never seen a bug once inside the building.
