▶ Your Answer :
Imagine that the world was been forbidden to imitate other’s idea and solely allowed to create own originality. People would not been leaved with advanced technology and life style; moreover, people may gather into a cave to avoid from raining, snowing and carnivores. In the current world, people or owners who attempt to achieve advanced outcome, put their efforts fourth into making not something completely new but instead, they seek advice from the past. For example, current technology, smart-phone is not original, which is a completely new object. Smart-phone is a object been made out of imitating technologies that already been existed; television, laptop, cell phone, music player and so on. However, no one says that creation of smart-phone is fraud and Steve Jobs should be arrested because he did not just imitated but he replaced technologies into a one object that was creative enough to be called creation. Imitating is necessary for a new creation. Moreover, because there are enough original creations, people should look for imitating and replacing instead making “original”. Of course stealing one’s original idea without permission is out of respect; however, since imitating is a necessary step for making a new creation, people should politely ask permission to the owner of such originality and the owner must cooperate also. People live in the world where creation and originality can be worth more than thousands pound of gold. For example, currently, people can easily encounter with the news about a right of originality war among many companies. To claim originality, some companies do not show a morality of owner who initiated the beginning. This can be seen from the company, Apple. Surely Steve Jobs is the opener of this new technology life. However, claiming that other companies imitated its smart-phone’s square design or some simple operations that are necessary for smart-phone is prohibiting other companies from making smart-phone at all because those imitations are necessary for that creation and more creation. |
