▶ Your Answer :Nowadays, there is a controversial issue
whether the money the worker can earn is the most important aspect of job or
not. Some say that the income of the job is the priority in choosing a job. On
the contrary, the others say it is not. I personally agree with those who do
not think of money as priority. In my opinion, there are much more factors to
consider for it such as vacation and labor hours. Just money isn’t the only
significant element of an aspect of job.
To begin with, the vacation crucially
matters for an aspect of a job. We all need a rest to work efficiently. No one
can work 365 days without a single holiday, unless they are the super heroes. But
just a couple of hours of rest isn’t enough for us to return to our original
pace. We need a rest of days instead of hours to fully recharge and resolve our
stress. For an instance, let us say that a woman named Jessica works in a call
center. The work of call center is a demanding and challenging emotional work. Therefore,
Jessica is prone to be exposed to the great stress, which is very important to
pour it out as soon as possible. In this case, if she doesn’t have enough
holidays to resolve their stress from assuaging the aggressive, rude customers,
no matter how much they earn, they are likely to quit due to that stress. Just
like in the way how we can observe from Jessica, the numbers of holidays given
to the workers also affect the aspect of job.
Another reason is that the labor hours, too,
play a vital role in aspect of job. If certain job requires the person to work
for 15 hours, regardless of the pay, it is exhausting and wearing job, though
the income is likely to be higher. For example, let us say that a man named
John works in a company as an engineer which requires him to work for 15 hours
for a day and gives 100,000 dollars per month. In his case, he will be
delighted at first about the salary he will get but shall be tired soon by the
challenging work he has to do during those immensely long hours. He won’t be
able to have a free time and might suffer from lack of time to rest and sleep. Because
he has no freedom to enjoy his high salary, despite its amount, he is unlikely
to be glad about it.
In short, I do not think money is the most
important aspect of job. There are myriad of factors that also matter to the
workers such as vacation and labor hours. Therefore, I conclude that money is
not the most important aspect of job.
