So, some people might say several different occupations can help people to commit a long-term job.However, I can say I agree with this statement. Because, lots of job experience can be a potential to a new job. Also, ability of sociality can be improved. To start with, people can do their job easily whatever it is. We need to adapt after go into a long-term job. Someone might quit his/her job if they cannot grow accustomed to it. Also, after doing several jobs, people have many experience so that they can know when to do this, what to do in this situation, how to say this without making others upset. And through experiencing, people can learn sociality in the job world. Getting along with many people and communicating with each other can make a result satisfied and raise accomplishment. For example, in my case, I was having a hard time to do my new part-time job at the first time but after I tried several jobs widely, I could acquire ability to cope with many different situation. Moreover, company can save money. Generally, most of companies have their own training course. Doing recruitment of new employee who has lots of experiences, company don't need to afford program for them. This means that there is no much of financial expenses for this part so company can use this money to raise its benefit which can make rate of growth higher. For example, my grandfather is a chairman of small company and he said that program for employee need amount of money. So he held a meeting with others in the company and selected the policy of employment that hire who has many experience background. To sum up with, having many different experiences can be a benefit for one's successful office life and make company to invest money for a bright future instead of the program. In this regard, I believe that people should have experiences for various occupation before they join into a new long-term job. |
