This is an intriguing question because opinion concerning this issue can be different relying on the individual perspectives. In my opinion, however, I support that managing your stress level is the best way to totally relax.
First of all, relieving stress is good for one’s health. These days, there are many people who are a state of tension always. This is because people too much care about hard working and studying. These stressful circumstances make people health weak and vulnerable to disease. For example, when I was in university, I suffer from insomnia severely. This is due to the fact that I worried about scores, assignments and relationships with friends and I didn’t feel relax perfectly even if I was going to rest. So I find causes of the stress and handle my mental trying to think the matters nothing. In result, I slept easily and I felt comfortable. Without caring my mental stress I would not overcome insomnia. In this regard, relieving stress is the best manner to completely relax.
Second, playing sports with others should not relax, but gain stress. Sports like soccer or basket ball usually compete with people. Thus, If one’s own team lose, people become anger and disappointed myself. It is not relax. For example, when I was in high school, I loved soccer and played it whenever I have time. As usual, I did soccer with my friends dividing a team into two part. In game, I had a big mistake which I got a goal myself. As a result, my team lost so I was frustrated and uncomfortable. Consequently, playing sport is not the best way to truly relax.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that managing one’s stress statement is the best way to truly relax. All things considered, it is my belief that my argument regarding this topic has been precisely and efficiently delivered with the reasons mentioned above.
