▶ Your Answer :Some people think that educational investment is much important than spending money on sports. However, in my opinion, universities should place priority on sports considering the fact that people can relieve their stress and the fact that it can make your human network wider.
To begin with, sweating and exercising can be the outlet for stress. having the outlet for stress has a meaning in itself since it helps one regain energy and find the strength to go on. People at present have pressure not only physically but also mentally. It will help people get back on track after spending with their close friends by running aroud. For example, there was research conducted by the Board of Korea Education. The researcher tracked the habits of 200 university students. The purpose of this research was to understand about the relationship between the frequency of exercise and their grade. What they found was intriguing. The poeple who often went out and exercised together had higer grade than people who did not. This was mainly due to the fact exercise secrete a hormone that is helpful for reducing their stress and it enabled students to focus on study.
On top of that, people can broaden their human relationship since you can meet many new people while playing the sport. The meaning of success has completely changed compared to the past. In the past, it was merely focusing on one's way to excel others, but now it is totally different. Along with your own ability, it is crucial to have people who can land you a hand when you are in trouble. I will take my stroy as an example. When I was in highschool, I did not get used to school. I usually spent time alone. But my teacher recommended me joining the soccer club. After entering the club, I realized that joinging the club was the best way to get along with others. Thanks to my teacher, I was able to solve my human relationship problem.
To sum up, taking stress and social relationship into consideration, people can not deny the fact that sports are really beneficial to them. In this regard, I firmly believe that sports should never come second place. |
