To begin with, the muscles and blood flow of older people are weaker than younger people. Generally speaking, the more older people are, the less they have adaptable amount of muscles they have. This is because, their muscles are contracted as time goes by.thoughout time. Also, their cholesterol figures is are higher than those of the youth. Therefore, if they do not penetrate their blood pass clearly,make it so that their blood flows are regular, this might lead to heart diseases. For example, during my high school years, my grandmother passed away. She was not sick before she dead.died. However, she She was always crazy about watching a television and reading books. Thus, she did not go outside besides an when she had important meetings. Actually, she was overweight. Before her death, the doctor said that her cholesterol figure was so high that she should exercise and eat vegetable regularly. She also had obesity and this might have made her body more prone encourage her body to occur serious problems. Through this experience, I realized that continuous physical activity is crucial in keeping older people's health. In addition, older people are less active than younger people. Younger people move continuously. They commute to their schools or company companies everyday and also they have more meetings than older people. On the other hand, almost all of older people usually stay in their homes house after their retirement. Therefore, they should manage their regular exercise plan. For instance, there was a poll conducted by Seoul National Medical Center with 100 people in Seoul. They were divided into two groups. The first group's people participants were over 60 year old. And and the second group's people participants were below 30 year old. The purpose of the survey was to know whether people move different distances according to age. What they found was intriguing. The majority of the former group respondents replied that they moved about 500m. On the other hand, the overwhelming 73% of the latter group said that they moved about 2km in a day. This showed that the first group, who were older, have had less movement than younger people. This survey proves that people who are old older should exercise more systematically and periodically. A renowned dr.Dr. Choi also suggested that exercise deters human's body from making oxygen free-radical and this process leads to keeping youth. To sum up, older people should manage to keep their amount of muscles and blood flow and also they need more movement than younger people. In this regard, exercise is more significant for older people.
