Now days, eating out have become popular among people as its price and quality become affordable. However, still a large number of population prefer to make foods by themselves. Why do they give up their convenience? It is mainly because of two reasons: healthiness and cheapness.
First of all, home made foods are much more healthier than any other food products sold in the restaurants. In other words, home made foods have a better quality compared to the its counterparts. This is because restaurants business tend to reduce cost of ingredient by choosing poor quality of materials which is cheap. Whereas, people who cook for themselves select deliberately regarding to all of good facts which is necessary for their health condition. According to the research conducted by National Organization of Health Science(NOHS), shows that home made food have 30% more healthy ingredient compared to the one made by restaurants. They pointed out the result is due to the fact that restaurant's food normally contain more artificial flavors in order to make it taste better. Although sparing own time to go going grocery shop and put some devotion into cooking your own one would be tiresome, it is worth for your health eventually. And probably having home made food save much more time and energy considering that the person don't have to be worried of their health than the person always eat outside.
Second, it is more cheaper to make it by yourself. Individual ingredient usually have lower price than food which is already made and ready to be served. As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, home made product have fresh better and most importantly it is cheap. People who made food could save it into their own budget and spend it on a field. Also, considering the saving which is created by reduced number of go and see a doctor, the saving become significant. For example, when I was college student, I have hard time with money problem since I only have limited amount of money and I had expensed considerable amount on eating. Making a decision to by purchasing ingredients in local grocery store and serve for myself, I have experienced huge saving in my wallet. Also, I don't need to pay some extra costs, such as tip or tax while consuming foods. A small inconvenience brings greater advantages.
For these reason, I strongly believe that making food by oneself is better than making overly spending on restaurants in terms of health and the cost. There are no reasons for refuse this cheap, fresh foods!
