▶ Your Answer :
People’s intellectual, social and personal
development are highly influenced by work process. With this understanding, I
believe that finishing a project completely and then do another project is
better than doing two or more projects at the same time. This is because once
finishing a project and then do another project enables people to relieve
stress and enjoy a better quality of life.
Firstly, finishing a project completely and
then do another project makes people to relieve stress. Understanding the daily
social environment of people and the potential role of the work process is
necessary to substantiate this view. For instance, many people have to
patiently sit through traffic to get to work. Once they are at work, they have
to endure countless documents and continue read more even at home. Such an
exhausting daily routine repeats itself and eventually wears down people. As a
way to managing the ensuing stress, people can take a rest time after finishing
their one project. Even if it is only for a short time, it frees their minds
form the intense mental pressure from work, and it make people to ready for the
next project well. Comparing to do many projects at the same time makes people
to wears down and harmful their mental condition. In this regard, I argue that
finishing a project completely and then do another is better than doing two or
more projects at the same time.
Secondly,
finishing a project completely and then do another project makes people to
enjoy a better quality of life. Interestingly, a renowned social scientist in
South Korea published an article in “The Korea Hearld” last Tuesday which
claims that finishing one project and then process next project enables people
to strengthen competitiveness in society. The article claims that the 83
percent of 200 Korean leading recruiters prefer people who concentrate on the
process of the work. The recruiters show a such tendency because they tend to
be more careful and efficient. In the long run, careful processing of work and
efficiency of work enhance work performance. To be specific, they can diminish
mistake of work process and focus on one project without distracting other
project at the same time, which result in work promotion and ultimately help
people to enjoy a better quality of life. I thought this report because the
results of the survey resonated with my thoughts.
To
sum up, I believe that finishing a project completely and then do another project
instead of doing two or more projects at the same time for the following
reasons: relieving stress and enjoying a better quality of life. Consequently,
the importance of my view cannot be underestimated for the reasons I have
mentioned above.
