▶ Your Answer :
There are some people who believe that In order to succeed,
hard work is not a necessity because there are lots of methods to succeed. However,
In my opinion, I personally disagree with the above idea and I strongly argue
that success comes with hard work for the subsequent reasons. First, hard work
makes people competent. Second, people can be taught by doing their best.
First and foremost, through hard work, people can be
equipped to succeed in their field. This
is because by working enthusiastically, people are able to naturally acquire a
wide variety of skills, which make them competitive. For instance, this is illustrated
by my personal anedote. When I was a senior at the University, I led a hectic
daily life because I tried to earn a good score at all my classes and worked as
teaching assistance at the same time. At that time, my professor required me to
acquire many different job certificates and to join intenrship program instead
of lecture on campus. Additionally, in order to meet requirement for
graduation, English language proficency is also a necessity. I always tended to
do my best when several tasks are given to me. As a result, I was awarded the
best grade scholaship as well as got a job upon graduation. Since I was good at
speaking English and had job experience
from internship program, I could be attractive to almost every employers. Come
to think of it, I had not worked diligently, I would not have gotten the good
position. After than, I realized that all decicated efforts come back to me in
a positive way.
On top of that, based on hard work, people can acknowledge
valuable lesson, which led them to success. Generally speaking, people working
hard experience trials and errors. Sometimes, they can feel rewarding from hard
work, but they can also meet a serious of failure. At the basis of these experience,
people finally find best ways to do some tasks successfully. There are a poll
conducted by the National Association of Business with influential businessman
and businesswoman as respondants. The purpose of the survey was to understand
what draw them to success. A successful CEO at a automobile company stated that
he judges whether to take a risk by his know-how which had accumulated by experience.
He added that when he opened a business related to circulation at first,
although he did his best, the business went bankrup. But, he attemped to figure
out why his business failed and stayed up all night. He stressed that
continuous questions and efforts gave him insight. Another famous investor
mentioned that even if hard work does not provide you with conspicuous success,
it will finally allow you to make a fortune some time.
To sum up, sucess always needs as much endeavor as what
people expected by considering the advantage of hardwork: making people
skillful and giving experties. In this regard, sucess comes from not free of
charge but precious efforts.
