▶ Your Answer :
There
are some disagreements over whether or not the government should force a person
using their car for rush hour to impose some fee in a crowed city. Some people
believe that it is unwarranted that the government tries to reduce the people
by imposing the fee for rush hour. My view, however, is that the government are
suggested to enact the policy in connection with imposing a fee during rush
hour. This is because there is financial benefit to the government. Moreover,
the policy can relieve one's stress.
To
begin with, the imposed fee during rush hour is putting a significant
contribution to the profit of the government. In modern society, the budget in
a country is imperative beyond measure because the money is utilized for their
citizen in various manners such as the welfare for the aged or the education
for children. For example, most of nations tend to attach with great importance
to impose some fee to increase their budget. Especially, Republic of Korea is
successful in relation with the way to impose some fee. The government could
make enough money by enacting the policy to charge a fee to a person using
their car during rush hour, upon which the government could use the money in
the education for students by installing a computer.
In
addition, people can assuage their stress. During rush hour, drivers should
stay in their car for a long time in stasis state. The condition would make them experience
inconvenience and sometimes upset. However, after being imposed a fee, it is
possible that people do not need to be stressed out because of dense traffic.
Additionally, they would utilize their valuable time more effectively with the
saved time. For example, my father had a tendency to be dissatisfied when he
commuted his company throughout his car. However, after the government
proclaimed that drivers using their car for rush hour should pay a fee, he
could save his precious time and was unnecessary to upset. This was because
there was no traffic jam.
To
summarize, the charged fee causes the government to make a lot of money, and
moreover people can mitigate their stress. Considering the two above reasons,
it is evident that the government has no choice but to compel drivers to pay a
fee during rush hour.
