▶ Your Answer :
People’s
intellectual, social, personal development are highly influenced by playing
game. With this understanding I believe that playing games still can be fun
even if people do not win the games for two reasons. This is because it enables
people to relieve stress and enjoy a better quality of life.
First, playing
games still can be fun because it promotes people to relieve stress even if
people do not win the games. Understanding the daily environment of people and
the potential role of playing games is necessary to substantiate this view. Every
morning, people have to patiently sit through traffic to get to work. Once they
are at work, they have to endure countless documents and continue to read more
even at home. Such exhausting routine repeats itself and eventually wears down
people. As a way to manage the ensuing stress, people can play video shooting
games with their co-worker in free time. Even if people do not win the games,
doing things which people can’t do in their daily lives promote this frees
their minds from the intense mental pressure from work.
Second, playing games still can be fun because it promotes
to enjoy a better quality of life even if people do not win the games.
Interestingly, a renowned social scientist in South Korea published an article
in “The Korean Herald” last Tuesday which claims that playing games still can
be fun even if people do not win the games, because it enables people to
strengthen relationships with friends. The article claims that 62 percent of
200 Korean people believe playing games provides meaningful opportunities for people to connect
with their peers. Essentially playing games promotes social activities that
encourage people to openly interact and freely exchange their views and ideas
with one another. For instance, people can play a team playing with their
friend, through these process people can be fun whether do not win the games. Such
intercommunication builds a platform not only to cooperate with peers but also
to create lasting memories, allowing people to become more socially aware and
ultimately enjoy a better quality of life.
To sum up, I
believe that playing games still can be fun even if people do not win the games
for the following reasons: to relieve stress and enjoy a better quality of
life. Consequently, the importance of my view cannot be underestimated for the
reasons I have mentioned above.
