There might be some people who believe that attending
classes for 11 months will be better education for students than now. However, I
personally disagree with the above idea for the two subsequent reasons. First,
it can be stressful for students to attend for 11 months. Second, it can hinder
students from having enough time with their family.
First of all, students will be stressed if
they were required to attend classes for 11 months. People nowadays are living
a busy and hectic life, so they under great stress, but a lot of them don’t even
realize that they are stressed out. Stress is known to be a major factor that
keeps us from being healthy, and many people are suffering from various
problem. Let me bring up my personal story as an example. When I was attending
a university, I had to attend even in vacation in order to my academic record. Although
I was so stressed out because of long periods of education, I could not get grades
better than last those of semester. If I had attended proper amounts of classes,
I could have got great grades when I attended the university.
In addition, students cannot have quality time
with their family member. Spending time with family is a number-1 priority in
any occasion. These days, we tend to overlook the importance of family, because
we usually spend too much time studying. We need to take a break and look back
why we’re studying in the first place. According to a recent survey done by the
KII institute, 76% of students said that they spend less than 30 minutes talking
to their parents per a week. This is due to the fact that they are busy enough with
school and extracurricular activities. This clearly shows that they should not have
enough time to talk to their family these days
In conclusion, attending classes for 11
months is not only stressful for students but also harmful to their family
relationship. So I strongly believe that students would not receive good
education if they have to go classes during 11 months.
