or having a positive attitude is the best way to become healthier. However, I
believe that exercising regularly is the best way. This is because daily
exercise enables students to relieve stress while sleeping or positive attitude
is not necessary.
Getting enough sleep is not necessary for
students because students have to live regularly. Interestingly, a renowned
social scientist in South Korea published an article “The Korean Herald” last
Tuesday which claims that students have to sleep just as they should sleep. My
own experiences demonstrate why enough sleep is not necessary. My brother has
slept whenever he wanted during his summer vacation. His inactivity life style
was enough to get sick. He went to hospital and heard that he was addicted
sleeping. As a result, he is curing from now. I realized that students have to
sleep just as they should sleep. In this regard, I learned that students have
to live regularly.
Having a positive attitude is not necessary
for students because students often think bad situation something happen.
Initially, I thought that having positive attitude was necessary. However,
after having read many expert opinions from major newspapers, I changed my
view. I realized that students often think bad situation something happen. My
own experience demonstrates why positive attitude is not necessary. My mother
gave her daughter candy even though she had a tooth problem. So she went to
dentist and tried an experimental drug. She always thinks it will be done
somehow, so she caught off guard all the time. If she thought about her tooth
problem in advance, she would have coped with that. This idea was convincing
enough to change my initial thoughts, and I learned that students often think bad
situation something happen.
On the other hand exercising routinely
allows students to relieve stress. Understanding daily environment of students
and potential role of exercise is necessary to substantiate this view. Every
morning, once they are at school, they have to endure countless textbooks and
continue to read more even at home. Such exhausting routine repeats itself and
eventually wears down students. As a way to manage the ensuing stress, they can
spend time walking or running in the park. If they do not have enough time,
they can just stretch at home. Even if it is a short time, this frees their
minds from intense mental pressure from school. In this regard, I believe that
exercising routinely promotes students to relieve stress.
To sum up, I believe that that exercising
regularly is the best way to become healthier. Consequently, the importance of
my view cannot be underestimated for the reasons I have mentioned above. |
