Some people believe that children do not learn the sense of responsibility
from raising an animal. However, this essay will contend that raising an animal
has applauding effects to children in an the
aspect of enhancing the sense of responsibility. This is because raising a pet gives children some chores. Moreover, caring for a pet helps them to recognize that a pet is
valuable.
To begin with, children who have their pets
should perform some tasks. Pets have a tendency to depend largely on their host
owners. If their host owner does not give feed them on time, they will be starved starve and even died.
Therefore, children would recognize that their chores can assist their pet to retain
remain healthy. The cognition is putting puts a significant contribution to ameliorating the
sense of responsibility as well as being assiduous. For example, when I was in
elementary school, my parents gave me a dog, Cherry. My pet made me
annoyed me when I did not provide some
food on time. Sometimes my pet barked loudly and chased me until I gave her some feeding food.
Thus, I did not give food to my pet. After some days, my pet did not bark
loudly and nor chase me, which seemed like
unhealthy. I recognized that feeding was imperative to my pet and started
feeding on time. (예시가 아쉽습니다.)
In addition, children can know that their behavior is able to could cause unintended results
thanks to their pet. Children tend to focus on only their
own perspective, ignoring others’ views, which means
that they do not take a responsibility of their behavior. Nevertheless,
raising a pet allows children to know that others’
perspectives are is also critical and should be considered because children have less
opportunity to contact with others except on their parents. For
instance, Bill Gates' education way method
seems to be a representative case corroborating the fact that Bill Gates who
was a CEO of Microsoft attached with great importance to foster their
children with pets. In his interview of New York Times, he introduced his
effective education way. He mentioned that raising a pet is conducive to
children since the pets can make their children recognize other's
view others’ perspectives. Therefore,
children could learn about the sense of responsibility of their behavior. Even,
in following his statement, it is possible for children to be altruistic with
the pets.
To summarize, there are some chores to be useful to
improve a responsibility raising a pet requires
children to perform some chores which improve the sense of responsibility,
and moreover children can perceive the consequence of their behavior.
Considering the above two reasons, it is evident that raising an animal is the
best way to learn responsibility. take
responsibility of their own action.
