Undoubtedly, people have their own method to become healthier. Some people think that it would be better for their health to sleep enough or think positively than to exercise regularly. However, I do not agree with the opinion above. This is because people can relieve their stress and improve their immune system by exercising regularly. First of all, people can reduce their stress. Nowadays, people feel stressful because of many factors such as their work, assignment, and relationship with others. While people are doing exercise, they can forget about their worries and enjoy the moment. This can relieve their stress. For instance, when I worked at a bank, I got stressed from excessive workload. One day, my brother suggested me to play baseball with him and at first, I thought it would make me tired. However, while I was playing baseball, I could forget about my work and enjoy the moment. From that day, I play baseball every weekend and get energy to go to work since It gives me a break from my time working hard. Second, people can improve their immune system. Generally, it is known that a regular exercise is one of the most effective way to improve the immune system. While people are exercising, their white blood cells which make the immune system stronger are increasing. For example, when my brother was in high school, he often took a medicine because he was weak and got a cold easily. One day, the doctor suggested my brother to exercise at least a couple of day a week, thus, he started to walk for a half hour every morning. A few months later, he felt that he was getting stronger. He said that he did not get a cold easily and did not take a medicine anymore. To sum up, I believe that the most effective way to become healthier is exercising regularly. This is because people can relieve their stress and improve their immune system when they exercise regularly.
