There are two types of people; doing the
day’s work in the morning, or at night. Some people prefer the second one.
However, I strongly believe the first one is much better. There are two reasons
why I think like that and I will explain those two reasons in my essay.
First of all, people who waking up early
morning is healthier than who do at night. This is because, human’s body clock
is fitted on the sun’s movement. If people break this rule; wake up late and go
to bed after midnight, their body system will be worse and get some health
problems like chronic fatigue and stress. There is one research conducted by
Seoul National University in 2014 which have shown this phenomenon well. The
researchers compared two groups of people, one group is made up by people who wake
up before 8 am, while another is consisted of people who get up after 9 am.
According to this research, the first group of people is much healthier than
the second group. Especially, 67 percentage of the second group of people suffer
from chronic fatigue.
Secondly, doing the day’s work in the morning
is more efficiency than doing the work at night. Undoubtedly, most of people
work from 9 am to 6 pm, and the business system is fixed their time schedule. Therefore,
working early time is more convenient and efficient to communicate with
co-workers. However, if a person work at late time, the man or she must have
difficulty with communicate system. For example, two years ago, I used to work
at late night alone, and experienced some problems to do my job. I had to ask
my employer for the trouble but certainly I could not contact with him at that
time because it was too late time. Eventually, I waited a long time to the next
morning. Surely, it was a waste of time, so I changed my working-pattern to
working in the morning.
To
sum up, starting the day’s work in the morning has two advantages; health-problem,
and work efficiency. For these two reasons I firmly prefer that waking up early
and starting to do my tasks in the morning. |
