It is controversial whether
leadership is inherited from one’s parents. In this regard, I believe that
leadership can be obtained from experience. It is because people can mentally
grow through experiencing many things and if leadership cannot be learned,
why are there so many leadership lectures? (질문형태로 서론에 적는 건 어색해요)
To begin with, people learn so
many things endlessly through their life lives.
It makes people enhance their ability. To be specific, even though a person is
not gifted, he can be an expert in a certain
field if he endure tons of studying whatever whichever
he wants to learn, even
if it is a characteristic like leadership. For example, when I am in army
was in the army, there was a very shy boy who
didn’t tell talk a lot. Everybody didn’t
think that he could be a leader. But, he was appointed as a squad leader. At
first, many people in my squad didn’t follow him, but he endeavored to enrich
his perspective and leadership. Consequently, he grown grew as a great leader and everybody in my squad
followed him. He changed himself from being a shy
boy to a man who had a great sense of humor,
consideration, and flexibility. Thus, I think people can change themselves to
be a leader if they want to be a leader one.
Moreover, I think that leadership
can be raised not only from experience but also from
their mind. People are changed slowly to what they think. To be
specific, if a person thinks of himself as a
charismatic person, he will be a charismatic person one slowly. This is because people tend to act along
with what they think. For instance, I have read a book which was entitled Secret. It gave me a wonderful
lesson: the power of positive thinking. Actually, it’s not about leadership; I had an experience that changed me. I was not good
at studying. I wanted to enhance my ability in my major; mechanical
engineering. So I imagined that I’m an expert in my field. This funny
imagination changed me and I am now
recognized as an excellent student from
professors. Like this, I think that every person can improve
their his preferred
choice of ability what they want to improve – even if it’s leadership.
