reasons and examples to support your opinion. |

▶ Your Answer :
(본론만 확인 부탁드리겠습니다.)
To begin with, when scientists get to be
responsible for their research findings, it is likely to limit their
performance. A sense of responsibility tends to lead them (목적어 필요) to stress in their study.
When this feeling is constant, it is not likely to bring a better result in
their consequence. For example, when my younger sister was working in a science
institution, she was a good inventor in her study. She used to invent many
machines equipped with many functions that helped people helped complete tasks on
time. To achieve great feats, she spent the whole day researching all science
subjects, hoping that her invention would help many people in their lives.
However, she has changed little by little after getting pressure from a national
policy that scientists should be taken in their responsibility on their
projects. She realized that this pressure did not help them complete their
tasks while she could make various product and machines without any limitation.
As a result, she was unable to achieve on her many projects and promote
important qualities needed for success. Without this policy of responsible, she
would have maintained her excellence.
In addition, when a government takes
responsibility for the influence of scientific discoveries, it can prevent
people’s lives from the possibility of danger. A government had to do several
obligations such as regulating illegal, supervising research and protecting
people. If these obligations are fulfilled, it is likely to bring better
people’s life with scientific advance. For example, recently in the United
State, Texas suffered from unexpected massive flooding, leading to property
damage and thousands of deaths. This was very an unexpected phenomenon for a
state known for its dry weather. Many experts are linking this event to the
increase in CO2 mainly (품사) caused by developing research in factories. The government
started to regulate studies processing illegally and oversee regularly. After
this experience, the government acknowledges the need for more careful
measures. If the government did not take responsibility for research findings,
people would have been fallen in danger.
