There are some
personalities that are required in the at work
or in the society. It has been widely debated
whether cooperation skill is more crucial than ever before. Some people might
contends that the world is constantly
changing, thus it is getting more important to
work with others. In my opinion, however, I firmly disagree with this
statement. There are two following reasons for my argument.
First,
cooperation was critical not only today, but also in
the past. Nothing has been changed in the
working system. It seems clear that employees are still working together in the
company as a team. They still have levels and status in the businesses. To give
you an idea, I would like to illustrate a recent
research Tokyo university students did. The researchers asked to the public
that what about which personality
benefits workers the
most in order to work in the company. People chose communication skill for
the most as the most important factor. As I
expected, the second one was cooperation skill.
The people who answer this said, it is difficult to work by oneself in the
company. This demonstrates that being able to
work with others is still critical. (이 문단의 결론은, 옛날도 중요했고 지금도 중요하다. 라고 결론을 내셨는데, 주제는 언제 더 중요했냐, 이거입니다. 애매한 stance를 정하는 건 좋지 않습니다.)
Second,
there are some jobs that does not have to work involve working with other people. In the past, there
were not many jobs that can allowed people to
work in the house. On the contrary, these days, a lot of people would
like to work by themselves. I would like to give you an example of this kind of
job; which is web cartoon drawers. This
people They do does not have to work
with other people. All they have to do is drawing draw cartoons. They draw and once it done Once they are done drawing, they send an email to their boss. After that, somebody would
upload the cartoon.
In conclusion, it was
crucial to work with other people in the past. Also, some jobs which was
were not in the past make has made it possible for
people to work by oneself themselves.
For all these reasons I have mentioned above, I strongly disagree with the
proposed statement.
