Certainly, the working environment plays a significant role in
people’s daily lives in many of the places where they live or work. Some
people think that it is better to work for a business owned by someone you do
not know than to work for a business owned by your family, while others do not.
Both sides may have their own reasons to support their views. If I were asked
to choose one, I would say that working for a business owned by your family
benefits you more.
There are several reasons as follows.
To begin with, when people work at a company owned by their family, it can
improve their overall happiness. Working with their family can strengthen their
emotion bond and feelings of security while spending more time with their loved
ones. In contrast, working for a business owned by someone they do not know
does not have provide a chance to promote
their relationships with people who they care about. People who spend more time
with their family can avoid feeling lonely. For example, when my sister worked
at a company as a web designer, she often felt
depressed thinking that her life became an exhaustiong exhausting routine. To survive in a competitive world,
she spent the whole day working hoping she could outdo others. Although she made a constant
effort, it was not easy because everyone was working as hard as she was. Also,
it was difficult to make friends she could rely
on since all of them seemed busy with their work and indifferent to others, treating each other as rivals. Fortunately, she was
able to get over her feelings of loneliness in a safe way by quitting her
company and participating in our family business, the a furniture company, By doing this, she was able to
have a chance to
devote herself to her our family and feel
a stronger family love. In addition, she was
able to seek for advice and words of comfort related to her job position as a
furniture designer very simply. Since she spend started
to spend more time with her our parents
in her family’s our
company, she was able to connect with them
us easily. If she had continuously worked in the company owned by someone she did not know, she
would not have been able to escape her loneliness.
All things considered, I firmly believe that the
advantages of working with your own family far
outweigh those of having a job in a company that was run is being run by someone they you are not well-aware familiar
with for the reasons I have mentioned above.
