▶ Your Answer : Without doubt, university life is an important part of life. It is debatable whether universities should spend their money on improving social activities for students or develop food at university cafeterias. This is an intriguing question because opinions concerning this issue can be different relying on the individual perspectives. If I have to choose one, however, I would say that a university should put major emphasis on supporting social activities.
To begin with, social activities play an important role in improving people's social skills. This is essential in today's society because people need to learn about how to deal with other people. In fact, when they learn that, they would be more successful in their lives as the skills can benefit any aspect of life. Moreover, there are numerous places which provide people with healthy and cheap meals. For example, I will talk about my case. When I was an university school student, I could not deal with other people well. When I met angry peers, sometimes I made them even more mad. I thought that I really need to learn how to manage those situations; thus, I decided to join a volunteer club. Upon I entered that club, I met countless people, and occasionally I encountered upset students. I tried to alleviate their anger. As a result, when I worked as a manager in a junk food store, I solved almost every problem concerning mad clients. If I had not participated in the volunteer club, I would not have been able to settle many problems.
On top of that, social activities are beneficial to most students since they can relieve their stress very much. It is clear that students put most efforts into their study these days, which means that they get stress enormously. And they should alleviate stress or their health deteriorates. Even though eating foods can relive people's stress, eating too much can result in fat body. For example I will give an example of my sister. She used to eat much to relieve her stress from study when she was a high school student. However, she gained too much weight, thus she got stress more than ever. She decided to join a travel club instead of eating foods. She traveled in china, The United States with her club members. Before long, she enjoyed her life and she could make a lot of friends. As a result, she became much more healthy and she alleviated most of her worries. The more people engage in social activities, the more they can reduce their concerns.
To sum up, I firmly believe that the advantages of social activities at university far outweigh the benefits of well-developed food at university cafeterias. All thing considered, it is my belief that my argument regarding this topic has been precisely and efficiently delivered with the reasons I mentioned above. Never we should forget that this issue may have a huge impact on our future. |
