People’s intellectual,
social and personal development are highly influenced by the size of companies. With this understanding, I
believe that working for a large company is better than working for a small
company. Firstly, there are many club activities in large companies, which make
people to relieve stress. Secondly, working for a large company enables people
to enjoy a better quality of life.
First of all, taking part in many club activities in large
companies enables people to relieve stress. Understanding the daily environment
of people and the potential role of company’s welfare is necessary to
substantiate this view. Every morning, many people have to patiently sit
through traffic to get to work. Once they are at work, they have to endure the
countless documents and continue to read more
even more at home. Such an
exhausting daily routine repeats itself and eventually wears down people. As a
way to manage the ensuing stress, people can take part in club activities in
large companies such as tennis club or card game club. Even if it is only for a
short time, these club activities free people’s mind from the intense mental
pressure from work, which result in an improvement of
improve their work performance and increase the quality of working
environment. In this regard, I learned argue
that taking part in many club activities in large companies allows people to
relieve stress.
Secondly, working for a large company enables people to
enjoy a better quality of life. Interestingly, a renowned social scientist in
South Korea published an article in “The Korean Herald” last Tuesday which
claims that working for a large company enables people to strengthen
competitiveness in society. The article claims that 84 percent of 200 Korea
leading recruiters prefer people who have working experience on a large company. Recruiters show such a tendency
because they tend to be flexible and have plentiful of working experience. In
the long run, flexible thinking and various working experiences enhance work performance because these things can be helpful in handling
unexpected problems and tasks, which results in job promotes promotions and consequently helps people to enjoy a better quality of life. I thought
of this report because the results of the survey resonated with my thoughts.
To sum up, I believe that working for a large company is
better than working for a small company for the following reasons: relieving
stress and enjoying a better quality of life. Consequently, the importance of
my view cannot be underestimated for the reasons I have mentioned above.
