▶ Your Answer : Some people think that schools invest more on improving the cafeteria menu. However, in my opinion, there should be more emphasis on social activities. There are two reasons. First, students would be more healthier. Everyone is aware what staying good condition is like a camel passing through the eye of a needle nowadays. Since there is many junk foods such as hamburgers, a cafeteria menu would not be considerably in effect for students’ physical condition. However, if they can do social activities like swimming, hiking. They could become more good condition, compared to the more cafeteria menu. To give you an anecdote, I often ate unhealthy foods at a my school cafeteria. Thus I got easily tired and had an insomnia. Then my friends recommended to volunteer at a local orphanage in a near mountain. After volunteering, my insomnia was disappeared. I found that social activities are important for our health. Second, students can make many new friends. Friends has a essential meaning thesedays. Like there is a saying “It is who you know, not what you do, that makes you succeed.” The meaning of success has completely changed compared to the past. If it merely focusing on one’s own way and excelling others, now it is different. Having one’s own ability. it is crucial to have people who can lend you a hand when you are in trouble. In fact, I would like to give you my uncle’s case. When she had a trouble in solving her political science project, her friend who met at after school activity gave her some lectures. If she did not have that friend, she would got fail her class. Likewise, friends in school club could provide help with students, especially concerning their problems. To sum up, students would be more healthier. Moreover, they can make friends. In this regard, I firmly believe that schools ought to focus on social activities after school rather than to focus on a cafeteria menu. |
