It is arguable whether it is better to be a member of a group than to be the leader of a group. This is an interesting question because options concerning this can be different according to individual perspective. From my point of view, I believe that it is better to be a member of a group than leader for two reasons; build relationship with others and broaden perspective. First, the most important reason is that being a team member is helpful to build relationship with different people. Through discussion or teamplay, members can communicate a variety of things such as personal thoughts (올바른 품사 -> 명사) or interest. Thus, because of this feature, members can get a chance to make closer relation with other members. Also, it helps to create cooperative environment to them. Those things bring an opportunity to broaden social circle for (전치사) each of them. This can be found as an actual case. When I was in high school English class, teacher gave team work test about scores. Back then, I worked together with three friends and studied every time in school. We talked in class and during free time. During team project, we got to know each other and closer before then. Therefore, I made more friends in school. This valuable moment affected me in a positive way in my mind. As a result, due to those experiences (단/복수), being a member is more helpful than being a leader. (관사 필요합니다) Second, another reason is that team members can broaden perspective during communication (품사) with other members. In particular, when they have team work, they should cooperate and consider each member for high scores or something. Thus, during work process, they can learn how to handle a different person and thought of me and others. Moreover, due to those experiences, members can broaden perspective, which thinks of others. Therefore, when they face obstacle with different person, they can solve this problem using past experience. This is an example concerning assertion. My sister, Grace, wants to be a flight attendant (singular) Therefore, she studied hard to pass discussion test in her job interview. One day, she said " During practice discussion time, I had learned a lots of things." I replied " what is it? Is it discussion skills? Then, she said" No, it wasn't. I learned how to listen to other students' perspective. It was a very important and helpful thing to me. So, when I communicated with other students , I learned their perspective and how to sympathize with them during discussion." According to that my experience, team member is more beneficial than leader. In conclusion, it is my assertion that it is better to be member of group than leader since building relation and learning good experience are possible. |
