▶ Your Answer :
When I was 8 years old, I was hoping that I had seen the
mummy of the world. As you know, we have to go to the foreign country to see
that mummies directly. I asked my parents, and they sent me to the museum. That
was my first time to go to the museum, and I had a beautiful time. With around
2 dollors and 10miles driving, I was able to do what I had been wanting.
Therefore I think that the reasons why people visit museums are that they are
closer and cheaper and more realistic than tour.
Without
museum, I would have to fly to Egypt to see the mummy. It is more than three thousand
miles from Korea to Egypt. It is impossible for everyone to see all of the
myserious thing in the world. Museums are good places to collect those of
things for people. However, the more we desire the more spend our time we are. That
is our human nature thing, and there is the better way to satisfy that nature.
Besides, I can see not only the
real mummy but also expensive pictures or everything that I have never seen
with only 2 dollors. I would have probably pay more than 3000 dollors if I have
had to go to Egypt to see the mummies. Instead, Korean government paid for the
exhibiting mummies in Korean museum to Egypt government, and I did not have to
go to there. That might be showing off that I am rich if I fly to Egypt even
though I do not have to.
Most of all, the technology is
advancing. The museum started to improve its visual skills to attract people.
For example, I felt that I was in the Egypt when I first saw the mummy. That is
because the museum made the structure and light like pyramid, and they were so
realistic.
In conclusion, there is no reason
that people should go travel for their satisfaction. There are many ways to get
satisfaction with the cheaper price and with the same quality as tour, but
closer than tour. I want the people who go travel to tour the place around you.
There are still a lot of precious things around them like museum. You had
better look around more then you will find more satisfaction than wasting money
and time.
